Many of us are our own biggest enemy, especially when times are tough. What will happen to our productivity and success-rate when we stand by ourselves through thick and thin?

We can only break out of our current mould when we change our subconscious and inherited beliefs!

The course assists people towards your goals and dreams. We can achieve this with a double ended approach:
  1. Release self-sabotaging beliefs, emotions and habits.
  2. Instill and amplify self-supporting beliefs, emotions and habits

Success is achieved when we facilitate change on more than just one level. With our outstanding and movement-based program, we empower all ages to reclaim the joy of living and achieve lasting change.

The following topics are addressed within this course:
  1. To take charge of our happiness - The key is to make it our top priority to nurture our own inner space and be happy
  2. To deal with difficult people effectively - Learn a new method of dealing with difficult people
  3. To love and accept ourselves - When we love and accept ourselves it becomes easier to be happy
  4. To uplift ourselves by uplifting others - When you push people up the ladder, you go up too. When you push people down, soon you will be there too." - Unknown. When we realise that we will personally benefit from helping others, giving great service comes naturally. However we need to treat others and ourselves with equal importance
  5. To Make Effective Choices - We create our future with our choices. How can we make effective choices, so that we can create the future we desire.            
  6. To be worthy of ... - Many of us don’t feel worthy of ... (love, wealth, success, you fill in the blanks.) As long as we don’t feel worthy on a conscious and subconscious level, we will continuously sabotage ourselves. We change our lives by identifying our self-sabotaging emotions, beliefs and habits and replacing them with effective ones. 
  7. Giving our brain a daily warm-up - When we switch-on / warm-up the brain for the day we become like professional athletes who warm up their muscles before an event, we will perform better and more consistently.
