Optimal Brain Organisation

Optimal Brain Organisation Course
Prerequisites: This course is open to all who have successfully competed Neuro Integration Movements (NIM) + Brain Gym 101 (BG101)

This exciting 3-day course teaches you how to analyse Brain Profiles (Brain Organisation). It gives an understanding of your own Brain Profile and how you organise your brain in different situations. Our profiles are not stagnant, but are constantly changing. That is why we behave differently at work from how we are at home or with friends.

Many of us have heard about visual, auditory , and kinesthetic learners. What causes our learning preferences? Our Brain Profiles play an important role in this. When we are stressed some of our brain and our senses switch off, limiting your ability to learn. We want to empower you so that you can learn more effectively by switching-on your whole brain, so that you are less dependent on one specific learning style. (see below)

Optimal Brain Organisation Course
With this course you learn:
  • Determining 3-Dimensional brain dominance profiles, including your own
  • What is meant by uniform, mixed and blocked dominance?
  • Brain hemisphere specialization - co-operation or dominance?
  • Internal functions represented in eye, ear, hand and foot dominance.
  • Determining the functional location of the Logic and Gestalt hemispheres
  • Muscle checking as an information-gathering tool
  • Advanced Brain Gym® exercises
