Optimum Nutrition - For Dynamic Living and Learning
Pre-requisites:
Course content: To live, we need nutrition. To live fully and healthy we need optimum nutrition. Nothing is possible without optimal nutrition. In this workshop we explore the influence nutrition has on the parasympathetic, sympathetic and enteric nervous system. We determine what systems from the functional medicine (environment, immune, gastrointestinal, structural, energy, detoxification, hormonal and stress) is involve and what impact it have on all aspect of life, learning, behaviour and emotion. The influence and impact on nutrition are explore in connection with our:
- Neuro-Integration Movement workshop (Introduction to Brain Gym®)
- Brain Gym 101 (Brain Gym I and II)
